Our water front clinic is located in the heart of the downtown in Port Colborne, along the canal in one of West streets historical brick buildings at 222 West Street. We are within view of the Clarence Street bridge and for your convenience, just steps across from free angled parking.
- Masks will be available when needed for added protection during contagious cold and flu seasons.
- Heightened sterilization procedures are always in place.
- Patients & staff are permitted to attend ONLY if asymptomatic & if willing to comply to all of procedures & safety protocols.
- Safety and privacy maintained with a by appointment, invited entry only and locked doors otherwise.
- Automated bookings, electronic/automated payments + e-receipts to prioritize visits for physical care while supplementing a front desk attendant.
- Patient & staff healthcare information must remain private & secured within our guardianship under the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA)
Your appointment time includes all professional services offered as part of a private registered massage therapy practice. Your therapist will coordinate all of the following required services within the duration of time you have reserved.
Standard health history & contact information is legally required for all first time visitors. This information remains secured to confidential patient accounts & under PHIPA guidelines will not be released without patient consent. Medical information will assist therapists in providing safe & beneficial treatment. All patients have log in access to thier own accounts and the documents related to treatments, insurance claims and appointment history.
Outdoor footwear is removed upon arrival promoting clean & quiet steps throughout the clinic.
Traditional massage therapy techniques are applied directly to the body with oil or lotion. Patients may disrobe in private and remove what is within their own comfort level, before covering up with linens on the treatment table. Following draping standards, only the area to be treated is uncovered and secured linen techniques are applied to ensure optimum comfort level for both the patient and the therapist.
Our therapists earn income based on a schedule of appointments rather than an hourly rate. Due to the physical demands of providing massage therapy treatments, we limit the number of appointments available each day. As a result, missed or rescheduled appointments without sufficient notice cause financial loss for both the therapist and the clinic, and prevent other patients from booking much-needed care.
To ensure we can accommodate as many clients as possible, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Failure to provide this notice will result in an automatic charge of 100% of the treatment fee. However, if the situation falls within our reasonable policy terms, a one-time courtesy may be granted at the discretion of the therapist and management.
We appreciate if you can send someone in your place, as this can help avoid the policy fee. Our team works diligently to maintain a schedule that accommodates everyone’s busy lives. These policies help us focus on providing high-quality services, optimal availability, and the convenience of all our patients.

To reserve an appointment, we require a valid credit card linked to your secure, password-protected, and confidential patient account. Payment is due on the day of service or for missed appointments without sufficient notice.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Electronic, contactless Credit Card payments
- Advanced Debit Card or Direct Insurance Billing
- EMT/Electronic Money Transfer
- Exact Cash Amounts
- Hands on Health Gift Certificates (when provided in advance)
To redeem a gift certificate, please include the Gift Redemption CODE in the booking form or email it in advance.
The initial prepaid appointment fee will be held as a credit until your arrival on the day of the appointment. If you cancel prior to the appointment, the funds will be credited to your account for future use. Please note, any refunds requested prior to attending will incur a 3% processing fee.
All administrative processes are automated to ensure balances are settled before treatment, allowing us to focus on providing exceptional care throughout your reserved appointment time. A detailed e-receipt will be issued for your records after each payment.
We offer direct electronic billing as a complimentary service for eligible extended healthcare plans. We are permitted to submit electronically to the Primary Plan and a Secondary Plan ONLY with Green Shield Provider.
- Eligible Services: Treatments that include the legally protected terms “Massage Therapy” in their description, fall within the scope of massage therapy and may be claimed under your extended healthcare benefits.
- Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card must be securely stored on your profile to access our direct billing services.
- Plan Eligibility: Please check with your insurance provider to confirm if direct billing is permitted under your plan. As we do not have access to detailed plan information, we ask that you complete the intake forms via email before your visit, including the details listed below.
Claim Submission Process
- If permitted, claims are submitted on the date of service, and a copy of the initial claim result will be emailed to you for reference.
- If the appointment is prepaid (where applicable), the claim will be submitted payable to the plan member.
Medical Prescription Requirement
- Some insurers require a medical prescription for massage therapy claims. This is a requirement set by your insurer, not our office.
- Patients must submit prescriptions directly to their insurer before their visit if required. A copy should also be emailed to our office for record-keeping.
- Any additional requirements are the responsibility of the plan holder.
Required Information for Intake E-Forms
Please provide the following details:
✅ Coverage amount or percentage payable per massage therapy claim
✅ Annual massage therapy coverage allowance
✅ Plan cycle or renewal date
✅ Doctor’s note requirement (per claim or annually)
✅ Claim payment direction (clinic or plan member)
✅ Deductible details (if applicable)
Payment Responsibility
- Direct billing claims are submitted on the day of service.
- If a claim is not approved by your insurer for any reason, payment will be required via an alternative method. In this case, an electronic receipt will be provided for reimbursement submission.
- No Expiration Date: Gift certificates do not expire. However, we recommend redeeming them within the same calendar year of issuance.
- Flexible Redemption: The dollar amount on the gift certificate may be applied to any service we offer, regardless of the service originally intended at the time of purchase.
- Redemption Process: To use a gift certificate, enter the Redemption Code in the booking form when scheduling your appointment or email us in advance with the code for payment processing.
- No Refunds: Gift certificates are non-refundable. Missed appointments prepaid with a gift certificate are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
- Receipts: Receipts for massage therapy services paid with a gift certificate will indicate that payment was made via gift certificate.
Gift certificates are to be treated as cash & cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. We will do our best to source the original purchase records to accommodate.
